Moral Values for the National Character Building in Novel “The Rainbow Troops”

This study is to identify the moral values that can be implemented build students’ character in novel “The Rainbow Troops”. The research method was qualitative with intertext approach. role of researcher a compulsory because key instrument this study. finding found fourteen or more than half number were promoted by Kemendiknas year 2010. One them dominant, it empathetic. Two are moderate number; they religious and sportive respectful values. others low disciplined, hard-working, creative, independent, democratic, curious, patriotic, inclusive communicative, peace-loving, studious, responsible. All used student’s character.
